Adding rash mady and grsr on the applications team.
I was told by several people that IAR is now supported in WICED 5.0, but I cannot find anything in the SDK that shows someone how to set this up.
Note that we even mention this in the release notes: https://community.cypress.com/message/32333
I've asked someone on the Apps team to verify IAR support as there are others that have asked.

what about the platform "BCM943909WCD1_3" is their IAR support using ThreadX ?
if not, when do you think we can have support and also some instructions will be helpful.

My understanding is that the only two platforms supported today are BCM943364WCD1 and BCM943438WCD1

The supported platforms are only BCM943364WCD1, BCM943438WCD1. We have no plans to extend the feature to other platforms. As these are development platforms, you can use any of the above to test the feature. If you want to use your know platform you can refer to these and develope one.
