Hey there,
I am currently looking for shutter glasses equipped with a Bluetooth chip from Cypress. These glasses should be controlled by a WICED application. Unfortunately there is very little information available on the manufacturer's website, so I would like to know if one of you has any information or can recommend a source to me?
Many thanks in advance
Luisa
Show Lesshi I'm looking or BT and BLE 5.0 and found two chips but I have no idea what's defferent between CYW20735PKML1GT(https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Cypress-Semiconductor/CYW20735PKML1GT?qs=sGAEpiMZZMuReUCzg6bfTEVxJFSckmj9IfObzww9orjI0EYLwAgs7w%3d%3d) and CYW20735PB1KML1GT(https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Cypress-Semiconductor/CYW20735PB1KML1GT?qs=%2fha2pyFadugUOWddXJB52XqbV4iiuHqmcfwph64kNb4hLos0ciRdedCTp2LfcPWW) there specifacation are same but pirce are not
Show LessHello,
I'm developing with CYBT-343026-EVAL.
After downloading an application to the serial flash, I transmitted WICED HCI UART commands over pc terminal(HCI UART Interface). The Traces are shown on a seperate terminal connected to PUART Interface. Everything worked fine.
After power cycle the board the WICED HCI UART commands not working anymore.
But the Traces still work.
So I refered to this post BD_ADDR: Changing BCM20737 Board Address for Production .
May this be the solution?
And if so, where do i get the files from for my specific board?
Show LessI am using CYBT-343026-EVAL with WICED 6.2 now.
At first I use CYBT-343026-EVAL pairs to a BT Headset.
Then shut down the power of CYBT-343026-EVAL,and startup it again.
It doesn't recover to connect now.
I want to know how to recover CYBT-343026-EVAL to connect with before BT Headset.shjluser_437857088goto-t_2353976shjl
Show LessI need my BT classic master to pair with a slave in a RFCOMM connection.
The master is a custom board using CYW43907 combo chip.
The slave is a WICED CYW920719Q40EVB-01 eval board with the WICED 6.2 20719-B1_Bluetooth/apps/snip/bt/spp demo app uploaded.
My Android phone (acting as a master) is able to pair with the slave.
But I cannot get my board to pair with the slave.
I am able to inquire the device and get the slave bd_addr.
After the inquiry is complete I'm calling wiced_bt_rfcomm_create_connection():
wiced_result_t result = wiced_bt_rfcomm_create_connection( UUID_SERVCLASS_SERIAL_PORT,
BT_RFCOMM_SERVER_APP_SCN,
FALSE, // Master-side is client
BT_RFCOMM_SERVER_APP_MTU,
bd_addr, // this is the address to the slave.
&bt_rfcomm_client_handle,
bt_rfcomm_client_conn_cback );
result is 0 (WICED_BT_RFCOMM_SUCCESS).
Several questions:
As the master do I need to set connectivity (wiced_bt_dev_set_connectability())?
As the master do I need to set discoverability (wiced_bt_dev_set_discoverability())?
If so, do I need to do this before or after the call to wiced_bt_rfcomm_create_connection()?
After calling wiced_bt_rfcomm_create_connection() the BT management callback function (p_bt_management_cback called from wiced_bt_stack_init()) receives a BTM_LOCAL_IDENTITY_KEYS_UPDATE_EVT event.
I don't know how to handle this. Please advise.
The connection callback (bt_rfcomm_client_conn_cback) function gets called after this.
the result code is 0x10 (WICED_BT_RFCOMM_PEER_CONNECTION_FAILED)
Show LessI am using CYBT-343026-EVAL now.
After paring to a BT Headset,I want to confirm voice from CYBT-343026-EVAL .
At first, I use CYBT-343026-EVAL pari to a BT Headset with Client control.
For Confirm whether there is a voice between CYBT-343026-EVAL and BT Headset,
I connected pin of CYBT-343026-EVAL with oscilloscope,I can see CPU clock waveform and
Frame sync edge waveform, but I can't see any waveform relate to voice.
Then I connected all the else other pin with oscilloscope,
I can't see any waveform relate to voice, too.
Could you tell me how to confirm voice.

I followed this tutorial to configure ClientControlMesh.exe on my Windows10 laptop, Cypress BLE Mesh Solution
I downloaded mesh_provision_client firmware on my CYW920719Q40 EVK.
In section "Provisioning using windows ClientControlMesh Application", step 3 Click the "Open" button.
I always had below issue, how can I solve this problem?

Hello team,
I believe I have accidentally bricked a CYW20719-powered board. My Computer can see a device on COM11 and 12, but the device won't respond to resets, power cycles, or being put into recovery mode, and whenever I try to flash it, I get this error:
Downloading application...
****Download failed ****
Trying baudrate 115200 Conn: PORT=COM11 BAUDRATE=115200
Trying baudrate 3000000 Conn: PORT=COM11 BAUDRATE=3000000
Downloaded 0 code bytes ( 0.0%) and 0 data bytes ( 0.0%). Verified 0 code bytes ( 0.0%) and 0 data bytes ( 0.0%). Current state: Terminated with error
Failed to determine baud rate
Download failed. This WICED platform of the SDK only supports download to 207x9B1 devices.
Follow the instructions in the 20719-B1 README.txt for downloading the application.
Before this started happening, I received a strange message about the programmer only writing 6 bytes to some 0x5000xxx address, but I don't have that console log saved. I believe this initial failed download was due to broken solder joints on the USB connector, which has since been fixed.
Additionally, another engineer has told me that the IC clocks are still running.
Is there any way I can repair this board?
Thank you,
Nicholas
Show LessI installed WICED V6.2.1 on my Windows10 laptop, I found that when I open ClientControl app on Windows10, the UI looks like this:
I can't use this tool, so how can I fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi Team,
For the CYW20719-B1 dual mode device, does anyone can help fix the BR/EDR connection failed issue? when BLE connection was established firslty, then trying to establishing a BR/EDR connection.
Detail information of this issue is described below:
Environments:
HW Master: Android Phone (Both Android 7.0 and Android 8.0 have same issue)
HW Slave: CYW20719-B1 chip based module (CYBT-423028-02)
FW: CYW20719-B1 based firmware support GATT server functions and also support BR/EDR Audio Sink function.
So in the Android Phone, two devices: a LE and an Audio type devices can be discovered and seen.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Use the Android Phone to discover the LE device and Audio icon device supported by the CYW20719-B1 device.
2) Click the LE device to establish the BLE connection firstly.
3) Then, click the Audio icon device to establish the audio BR/EDR connection.
4) After step3), the Android Phone device always failed to established the BR/EDR connection.
The Android Phone would fail until waiting 30s timeout or directly shown mismatched PIN code.
Note,
1) if use the same Android Phone to establish the BR/EDR connection firstly, then established the BLE connection, there was no problem. Both connected successfully.
2) When Android Phone failed to establish the BR/EDR connection after connected BLE firstly, then, even after disconnect the BLE connection, the Android Phone still cannot connect to the CYW20791-B1 device until the CYW20719-B1 device was reset.
3) After capturing the BR/EDR data through Ellisys, we found that the LMP encapsulated P-256 Public Key is empty.
It would be an possible problem, see following screenshot for detail information.
Thanks,
Dudley
