Hello,

In the J-LINK/J-Trace JTAG pinout arrangement, pin #2 is NC(Not connected), but in the circuit schematic of FX3 DVK(CYUSB3KIT-001) it is connected to VIO5.

Which definition should I follow?

J-Link | SEGGER - The Embedded Experts

Best regards,

Naoaki Morimoto

Hi Morimoto-san,

In the pin-description for J-LINK 20-pin connector, it is mentioned that pin#2 can be connected to VDD or left open in the target system.

Interface Description | SEGGER - The Embedded Experts

So, you can connect pin#2 to either VDD or leave it open in your design.
