Hello Forum,
I'm strugglin with an application to manage a DLP projector from Texas Instruments; this projector uses the cypress USB to I2C gateway to interface user commands with the projector controller.
The TI example program uses the library for WIN32 and it works, nevertheless, I need to switch to x64 platform. I downloaded the Cypress USB-Serial SDK and uses the x64 -> cyusbserial.lib and cyusbserial.dll to recompile my C++ project, nevertheless there are some broken dependencies and I track the issue to the definition header of the TI example program:

This is a confirmation of the electrical characteristics of CY7C65211A.
As shown in the datasheet (GPIO Table 5. GPIO DC Specification), there is no specified value for Min Value of VIL.
Also, there is no standard for the minimum voltage of the input voltage even in the absolute rating.
Q)
What is the negative maximum rating for the VIL of CY7C65211A?
※Other companies' ICs are standardized at -0.3V, -0.5V, etc.

If SUSPEND and WAKEUP pin are not used(These pins do not connect to the host), could you please let us know the recommended connection method for these pins?
(Open?, pull-up?, pull-down?, Connect directly to GND or VDDD? etc)
Is SUSPEND pin OK to leave it open because this pin is output?
Does the recommended connection method for these pins change depending on the Internal Flash Configuration setting(Enabled, Disabled, Polarity etc)?

Serial Communication Block Configuration is used as Mode 0(default setting) of Table 14 at DS.
In this case, could you please let us know the recommended connection method when DSR#, RTS#, CTS# and DTR# are not used?
(Only RxD and TxD pin are used. And use as Mode 0(default setting) without changing to Mode 2 from default setting.)

Is it possible to change the TXDEN leg of the CY7C65213-28PVXI IC from GPIO6 to pin GPIO2 with the "Cypress USB-serial configuration utility" or a different way?
We want to use CY7C65213-28PVXI instead of FT232RL. Only the TXDEN pins are different in pinouts between the 2 products. All other pins are compatible.
There are many PCB boards that have already been made and it is not possible for us to modify these boards.
Can you help me.

I have listed the above-mentioned target points in the attachment. Please find attached.
Q1) Please tell me the specifications of the Min/Max values for the time from TXDEN Enable to TXD transmission start.
Q2) Please tell me the specifications of the Min/Max values for the time from TXD transmission end to TXDEN Disable.
Q3) Regarding the above values, is it possible to change the time by software?
