S34MS04G200BHI000 is a 1.8V supply part. One of our prototype designs accidentally is supplying it with 3.3V. The part seems to function fine, but I would like to know what damage, if any, we are doing to the IC by keeping it at 3.3V instead of the operating 1.8V?

Hello Jose Avila,
We do not guarantee the proper functioning of the part out side the datasheet specifications. We recommend you to operate with supply voltage of 1.8 V. We can not say how the device behaves as it is outside datasheet spec.
Thanks,
Krishna.
