CY8C5888AXI-LP096 belongs to PSoC 5LP family and supports both JTAG and SWD programming protocols.
- Please let us know the MiniProg3 LED status and revision (shown on the sticker on the back of the device). You can refer to A.1 Troubleshooting in MiniProg3 user guide to detect and correct hardware issues, if any.
- If PSoC Programmer or PSoC Creator does not detect the device, please follow the steps elaborated under section: PSoC Programmer / PSoC Creator not detecting MiniProg3
- Once the MiniProg3 detects the device, please ensure to configure debug port as elaborated in section: PSoC Creator Setting for JTAG Protocol.
