I have two projects. One has analog pin configured to comparator.
Another projects ( the same code) has pin configured as resistive pullup/down digital output with enable ( see pict).
When pin has fixed enabled value to zero ( disabled) the comparator stops working, no analog pass through.

I am not aware of a specifc applicable ap note for PSOC 4 GPIO,
but you can compare the GPIO chapter in the PSOC 3 TRM to the
4 TRM.
The PSOC 4 TRM is available at -
http://www.cypress.com/?app=search&searchType=advanced&keyword=&rtID=117&id=4749
You could also post a case if there are any differences between PSOC 4 GPIO and 3/5,and
post back here for the rest of the forum.

It's uncomparable, because PSOC3 lack HSIOM registers.
And these registers don' reflect all routes as it is in PSOC3/5.
It will take ages for us-users to figure out what is going on in PSOC4 if such guru like You don't know it.

Not being a Guru thats why I suggested you file a CASE, and post results for all,
so I can benefit from gurus teachings.
