I was looking for building a board for PSoC3, the boards Cypress provides are high end boards not afforable for students.
What is the starting point i should look for building the board. Any documents will be helpful

At my University we use a homebuilt PSOC3 beakout board and EZ-USB based programmer. kmmankad, has done a good job at dessigning a basic board, you might want to use this schematics as starting point to design your own layout.
