PSoC™ 4 Forum Discussions
Dear everybody,
I have some problems with the CYBLE-222014-EVAL. I flashed the ez-serial firmware onto the module. But now I don't want to used it. I erased the flash memory with PSoC Programmer 3.26.0. Then I programed the module with the example "capsenseled". The module can be connected to the smartphone, but I couldn't use the function "Discover Services and Characteristics". I tried the example "capsenseled" with the another new module, it functions.
Can anyone show me how to restore the module as new, please?
Thank you for the support.
Best regards,
Thao
Show LessI have got PSOC 4 Ble but It is not working as it didnt recognizing the hardware. I am not sure what is the correct Hardware number. Can anyone please help me to identify correct hardware number and help to fix the issue. |
Hello There!
I've never dealt with CapSense slider widget. Now I'm trying to understand, is it normal behaviour of CapSense module or not. When I take out my finger from slider's surface the value becomes initial - 0xFF.
How can I prevent this? E.g. in software.
Show LessI have a project using a CY8C4024AZI-S403 device. I have running code but wanted to create a simple timer ISR that can perform things like scan for key presses etc.
I've used a GlobalSignal before on a PSoC4 BLE so I added one called GlobalSignal_2 with an attached isr_1. In the configuration window, GlobalSignal_2 uses Watch Dog Timer Interrupt (WDTInt).
I then went into the LFClk setting and enabled the Timer (WDT) as a free running timer (see attachment), added code to main to start the isr - isr_1_start(); -and added code to the isr_1.c file as follows:
CY_ISR(isr_1_Interrupt)
{
#ifdef isr_1_INTERRUPT_INTERRUPT_CALLBACK
isr_1_Interrupt_InterruptCallback();
#endif /* isr_1_INTERRUPT_INTERRUPT_CALLBACK */
/* Place your Interrupt code here. */
/* `#START isr_1_Interrupt` */
CySysWdtClearInterrupt();
tedsCount++;
/* `#END` */
}
It compiles and runs but doesn't seem to ever call the ISR as tedscount never increments. If I change the Timer (WDT) to mode Watchdog (w/interrupt) my code seem to get stuck in a doom loop - not sure what's happening
Any ideas what's wrong?
Show LessI have psoc4 ble , I was trying to do led blinking but it didn't work. I believe the MCU selection is wrong. Does anyone has idea how can I fix my problem and make is work?
Show LessDear Forum users
I'm currently working on a psoc project that requires me to interface with an HC-sr04 ultrasonic distance sensor.
Now when i'm trying to write the code to trigger the sensor it keeps telling me that there is an undefined reference to 'Pin_TRIGGER_Write'
I've assigned the pin etc can some one tell me or point me to the right solution ?
Thanks in advanced and with best regards Ben
Show LessI am working on pedometer project and has interfaced ADXL362 with CYBL10163. When accelerometer is active micro controller reads data from ADXL362. I have similar two programs for operation in low power mode. Program named "Low_Power_Mode_Basic.cydsn" consumes approximately 73mA when accelerometer is active while program named "LPM_Basic_ADXL362.cydsn" consumes approximately 29mA when accelerometer is active.
I checked settings and I didn't find any difference in both the program, but still there is huge difference in current consumption.I want to use program named "LPM_Basic_ADXL362.cydsn" but it disconnects after sometime with CySmart android mobile app while other program does not have connection failure issue. Please help to find why both programs are having different power consumption.
Show LessHi community , can anyone help me how can i do when the value of the singal when moving the potentiometer reaches 2500 mv start to blink a led and when it reaches less than 2500 the led turn off, i have the cy8ckit-059 and first i was asigned to make a timer that counts from 8-6-4-2-1-0 and then goes back 0-1-2-4-6-8, after that other program which is, show in a LCD the variation of mv using a potentiometer, but now i have to do it but when it reaches more than 2500 mv it has to start the time counter in the same secuence and if it decrease less than 2500 mv the timer turn off, could you help me please to do it? Or in a easy way just adding a led instead the timer and when the lecture is more than 2500 mv the led turns on and when decrease less than 2500 the led turns off
NOTE: ( to display the lecture variation in mv i used instead of LCD the arduino ide program) Just opening it then selecting the COM3 port then clicking the magnifying glass icon and in the new window that pops up writing S and send and now when i rotate the potentiometer the value of mv changes in the screen
Also it would be nice if you could help me to do as in this video but using the psoc Cy8ckit-049-42xx i really need it and i been trying many times to do this but i always fail
Show LessHello,
I found the CY8C4248AZQ-L485 in the PSOC creator device selector but i couldn't find it in the site, i only found CY8C4248AZI-L485 which isn't automotive.
so is the CY8C4248AZQ-L485 available? and why does it only appear in the device selector?

Hello, is ist possible to switch between Profile and Broadcaster BLE Mode during runtime at Cyble 022001-00?
Let's say from start up I use a custom Profile with BLE and after receiving a special command I switch to Broadcaster and only send the temperature every 10 second without an active Bluetooth connection.
Thanks
Matthias Roth
