Hi! Im using capsense and when I try to use sense tuner by I2C, I have a connecting problem.
The error massage says " There was an error reading data from the device" .
If you know any clue, Please let me know.
The detail is below

Show LessThe problem I have is I see a different mac address show up once in a while if I don’t follow a specific procedure. The different mac address is the default from the ble component checkbox. I turned that off and still see it once in a while. Here is the way I set the mac address -
- Write the mac address to userflash row 0 status = CySysSFlashWriteUserRow(0, &data[0]);
- Set device address CyBle_SetDeviceAddress(&cyBle_deviceAddress);//CYBLE_GAP_BD_ADDR_T
- Set gapid address CyBle_GapSetIdAddress(&cyBle_deviceAddress);
Hello I have 470MHZ RF transmitter and Receiver I want to Use them to make two Psoc 4 Poinner kit communicate.
First Psoc 4 get the result from the gas sensor MQ4.
Second Psoc 4 should receive the data from the first psoc 4 Via RF receiver.

Show LessHello,
I want to use PSoC4100plus with external resonator as the ECO.
For example, it is the ceramic resonator(ceralock) of Murata Manufacturing.
Do you have any track records?
and do you have an application note?
Best regards,

Show LessHello Cypress.
Q1)
Why does not CSX have PRS setting?
Is there any reason why CSX can not drive at PRS?
Q2)
Does CSX have flat spots issue same as CSD?
Q3)
If Q2 is yes, where is the point where flat spots issue occurs?
Are they the same as CSD? So 25%, 50% and 75% of CSX max RawCount?
And how should CSX avoid flat spots issue?
CSX does not have PRS.
Best Regards.

Show LessHello,
Currently I'm configuring my MBR3116 over I2C using the API provided by Cypress and using a configuration file generated by EZ-Click 2.0. After the configuration is written successfully, no matter how long I wait, I have to tap the buttons a few times before button presses are being reported through host interrupt signal. After they start to be detected, it seems to operate normally. If I let the keypad sit for X seconds, I have to tap buttons again to get it to behave normally.
I believe this is "normal," in that it is entering different operational modes (deep sleep to active, touch, or proximity). My question is, what parameters in EZ-Click are affecting how quickly it wakes up? Some of my current configuration values that I think might be involved are below.
My custom cap touch keypad is intended to be low-power as it is battery operated. I would guess my keypad is used once per day, totaling approximately 10 touches in a matter of 2-5 seconds (comparable to how fast you might type in a phone number on your smartphone). User's will likely tap my cap touch keypad once, and then expect to be able to press buttons ~0.5 second after that. Right now, after initial touch it takes approx. 2 seconds for keypad to start detecting touches.
Current settings in EZ Click:
Scan period (ms): 200
Automatic Threshold: Enabled
ALP, K = 1/16
SNR for PROX (CS0) = 19:1
Prox Sensor settings: Resolution: 15 bits; Prox Threshold: 80; +ve Threshold: 36; -ve Threshold: 12; Finger Threshold 150; Wakeup Sensor: Enabled; auto configured settings initial response time and subsequent response time are at 260 and 60 ms respectively.
Button sensitivities are all set to 300. SNRs for each are all well above 5:1
All buttons have FSS enabled
No sliders/GPO/buzzer
Uses host interrupt pin
Shield: Enabled
Auto-reset: 20s
Proximity Auto-Reset: 20s
State Timeout: 5s
Debounce: 3
Buttons on CS1, CS3-CS13
Any help is appreciated.
Show LessHi
I am using a sensor PCB with two loops, outer loop is GND and inner loop is sensing loop. The shield is hatched at the back of PCB so that it should not sense.
I am using kit CY8CKIT-145-40XX
pin 4.0 is connected to shield in PCB
pin 1.4 is connected to sensor in PCB
pin GND is connected to GND in PCB.
I want the PCB that shield should not take signal. I am sure that wires are not touching PCB.
Pictures are attached in the mail for better understanding. The picture that i have uploaded have only one loop on PCB but i am using PCB with two loops.

Show LessHello,
I checked the 3d model files for the CyBle-022001 in '3D MODEL FILES FOR EZ-BLE/EZ-BT MODULES - KBA218122 '. I checked the STEP file and the IGES file. However, the models are colorless(all grey). Can this be updated?
Thanks!
