Hi sagard,

Bob is correct. Without module detecting to the Programmer, you won't be able to erase/program  the device again.

Could you please check the power supply to the module is proper? Can you please give the screenshot of Port settings of your programmer?

Thanks,
Anjana

You will need something like a programmer. Two choices:

  • The lab solution: Get a prototyping kit (for instance a CY8CKIT-043) with a snap off kitprog programmer.
  •
  • The professional solution: Get a Miniprog 3
  •

Hi Bob,

Thanks for reply,

I am already using Miniprog 3 and PSOC programmer application,

but the issue is one of the modules i have is not detecting in application,

other are detecting so i thought may be by erasing the previous code i can detect that module but it not working,

any known issues for CYBLE 0120011-00 module to not detect?

You cannot delete a program from a module, only program another one onto it.

When the module is not detected you do not get access to it, hence no erasing or re-programming. Usually the cause is a bad soldering.
