Dap error while reading dp-ctrl-stat register

Dear all

This is the hardware I use,CY8C4147XXX.

And also use J-link to connect it, it is success program and read flash before.

But promgram the Hex file with my code. It's  success programming at the first time. After it can't connect, this is our error message.

"Dap error while reading dp-ctrl-stat register"

I checked my code, it's bootloader disable and open the Serial Wire Debug.

Also I use Reset method, but it can't work.

Have any setting or method let me connect it again?

Can you erase flash and then try again?

I see that you are on a older version of JLink. Please install the latest version and check if the issue presists. You can find the link here: https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/

No I can't erase.

I can't through SWD to use SROM ,

I used latest version, it had the same error message

How did you try to erase? Can you try using PSoC Programmer and checking if you are able to erase and program the device?

Also, please let me know if you are using a Cypress kit or your own custom board.
