Hello,

Please see the qualification report for the part S29GL01GS for the FIT rate. It is available at: https://www.cypress.com/file/502411/download , refer page 6. Please give us some more time to provide you the thermal parameters to calculate junction temperature.

Thanks and Regards,

Is "S29GL01GS10DHI010" not MPN?

Here is the web site for this device.

Bushra-san,

Thank you for your support.

What is the confidence level?

Is it 99% (α = 0.01)?

Hello Tetsuo-san,

Sorry still not clear. Are you looking for Tjmax or something else confidence level?

Bushra-san,

For example, in the application note below, 95% CL is used to calculate SER.

(it is SER calculation, so it may not be a suitable example)

https://www.cypress.com/file/44261/download

As an example of another company, TI has the following materials.

http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spraby3/spraby3.pdf?&ts=1589935859658

(this document states that CL = 60%.)

Did you use this factor to calculate the FIT for this device?

Thanks,

Tetsuo
