I want to know reliablility of S29GL01GS10DHI010.

- FIT rate (I hear it is "100". Is it correct?)

- Conditions for the calculation (Junction Temperature/Confidential level)

Please see the qualification report for the part S29GL01GS for the FIT rate. It is available at: https://www.cypress.com/file/502411/download ​, refer page 6. Please give us some more time to provide you the thermal parameters to calculate junction temperature.

For example, in the application note below, 95% CL is used to calculate SER.

(it is SER calculation, so it may not be a suitable example)

As an example of another company, TI has the following materials.

(this document states that CL = 60%.)

Did you use this factor to calculate the FIT for this device?
