Dear
I'm using NOR flash S29JL064H.
Does RY/BY# work if trying to program the same address twice without erase?
In normal case RY/BY# will change from low to high when the program completed
but I'm not sure about the case of programming twice...
Regards,

Hi,
Yes, RY/BY# pin will work, when you try to program the same address without erase. Are you facing any issues with RY/BY# pin behavior after a re-program operation.
Please note, it is not recommended to re-program a memory location without erase. Could you please clarify, why you want to perform re-program operation without erase?
Thanks and Regards,
Sudheesh

Dear Sudheeshk_26
Thank you for your reply. The answer is the same as my expectation.
We don't want to write the flash twice. I wanted to confirm the behavior if the flash is written by some mistake.
