FM24CL64B-GTR可以PIN TO PIN等效替换FM24CL64-GTR， "B" part is Cypress part, while "Non-B" part is Ramtron part, Cypress Integrated Ramtron F-RAM in the year of 2012 https://www.cypress.com/news/cypress-integrates-ramtron-f-ram-offerings-creating-worlds-broadest-fas... , there are no differences regarding manufacturing of the two parts, Cypress build its own datasheet and updated some DC characteristics according to the test result, those characteristics do not affect replacing non-B part with B part.
