Question: I am getting zero counts when I enable the shield, otherwise my sensor works fine. What may be the problem?
Response: If you are getting the zero counts on enabling the shield, but on disabling the shield the buttons or capsense is working fine then the shield is having a very strong effect on the capsense sensors due to which the counts have dropped to zero. This can happen when the shield size is very large and it is placed too close to the sensor. You sould increase the sensitivity of the sensor to get the raw counts above zero. For increasing the sensitivity please see the corresponding user module datasheet.
