PSoC Creator Analog, Digital and SIO Port components have been deprecated
Question: Why Analog, Digital and SIO Port components have been deprecated? Is it still possible to access these components?
As of the beta 3 release, the Analog, Digital and SIO Port components have been deprecated. They have been replaced with the Pins component, which is more powerful and easier to use. Pins provide all the functionality of the ports in a single component. Designs using ports will still build and work. The components themselves are still available (in the Deprecated folder of the catalog) if you set the "Show Hidden Components" option in the Tools->Options dialog for Design Entry.
