Question: What is the I2C slave clock frequency for CapSense® Express devices?
Answer:
The I2C slave is configured to operate at 400 kHz. However, per the specification, the I2C bus operates at the frequency of the slowest device on the bus. Therefore, if the master is sending data at a rate of 50 kHz, the CapSense Express I2C slave will operate at 50 kHz.
