Your error might just be a warning. I recommend you take a close look at this guide, http://wireless.murata.com/RFM/data/murata_quick_start_guide_linux.pdf
wl is proprietary. NXP provides it as a statically linked executable in their reference images for imx based boards. You need to register to their support site. However, wl is helpfull to test Broadcom chipset (like manufacturing, certification), but iw might be sufficient for a regular use.

Maybe i'm doing something wrong. Is there an update of the bcmdhd module for BCM4343W? In kernel options, i only see
support for BCM4339 and BCM4354, nothing for BCM4343w... I'm using nxp kernel 4.1.15. Are there somes kernel mandatory
options to activate?
