Hi there!

Are there any plans for 48-pin or less IC packages in QFP or QFN form factors for space constrained applications?

Hello!

Yes. we do have plans for future PSoC 6 parts that are 48-pins or less, and QFN/QFP package types.

By the way, we have a CSP package that is 3.8 x 5 x 0.65 mm for those space constrained applications.

Maybe not ideal, since soldering a CSP package onto a board is near impossible, but good for small spaces!

Thanks!

Also, just another FYI, our 116-BGA is also being well received, dimensions are 5.2 x 6.4 x 0.5 mm, with 0.5 mm pitch

Any plans for a 32 pin QFP device?
