As a continuation of the thread here: Do all GPIO ports support pullup/pulldown when used as an input?

I'm looking for the value of the pullup/pulldown resistor values/currents, but can't find it on the module datasheet, can you tell me what they are?  Also, I am connecting one of the inputs to a pushbutton switch and need to remove some electrical noise so was going to use a parallel capacitor, but was worried about latch-up if directly connecting the cap to a pulled up or pulled down line but would like to not have to use an extra series resistance on the input if it wasn't needed. Is there an equivalent electrical schematic or recommendation on this?

I think this thread answers the value of the internal pullup/pulldown question: https://community.cypress.com/message/15476?et=watches.email.thread#15476
