Which NXP development platform are you using with the 1DX module? i.MX 6UltraLite EVK?
The different variations are noted here in the table: Murata Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for Linux and Android
Bluetool is not supported here on the community, but if you work with one of your regional Broadcom Distributors or direct sales people, they can set you up on our internal site called CSP.

The Bluetool application is a proprietary tool and it is out side of the scope of forum.
If your goal is putting the 1DX module BT radio into a continuous transmit mode to do testing, BSA server along with app_tm client application could be used on the iMX6 board. Please take a look at the Continious BT Transmit with BSA for reference.
The same app_tm client application allows to change the Tx power as well "Set Tx Power Level".
Is your question related to 1DX module paired with a host MCU and using WicedSDK?
Then the "test.bt_mfg_test-<1DX Platform> download run" could be used setup up the module in test mode.
Instead of BlueTool, the mbt.exe test application in .../WICED-SDK-3.5.2_Ori/tools/mbt/Release/mbt.exe could be used.
This works, but this only transmits on 2402 Mhz. We need to test at least 3 freq - low, mid and high in the range. There does not seem to be a way to change the frequency and the documentation for app_tm is lacking. Please advice how to resolve this.
Does anyone have an answer for this? I have the same problem.
Please enter this as a new discussion and include the name of the production module partner you are working with as most module partners have completed certification and will provide the test results to you so that you can leverage and avoid re-testing.
