Where can I find a fix for missing CMSIS-DAPv2 Driver in Windows 10?

Is there a know method to allow DAPLINK connections when Windows 10 drivers issues occur?

I appear to have a similar problem as reported in CY8CPROTO-062-4343W Windows 10 DAPLink failure @ https://community.cypress.com/thread/57473

The resolution for that issue was somewhat vauge, “I had to delete the drivers and play around with it a few more times before it figured it out, but now it shows up.”

The KitProg3 User Guide  has a fix if the error occurs with Windows 7. I need a fix for Windows 10.

I see yellow caution triangles on the CMSIS-DAP v2 in Device Manager when my PSoC 6 kit is plugged in and KitProg Status is blinking at 2Hz rate.
