Address Pins

I´m only using one FRAM memory in the I2C bus, can i leave address pins unconnected in the FM24V02A.

Yes, you can leave these pins unconnected if only one device is used. Note that these pins are pulled down internally on the device. Please make sure to set Bits 3-1 in the slave address to "0".

Does this affect in the power consumption? I´m trying to make a direct replace with the FM24CL16B, since i need more memory capacity and the FM24CL16B doesn´t have address pins.

Yes, FM24V02A has a slight higher active/standby current compared to FM24CL16B. Please refer to the device datasheet for more details.
