How can analog circuits work well and keep reference voltage constant to ensure accurate signal without analog regulator?

In datasheet of PSoC 4100S Plus, it is said "There is no analog regulator; the analog circuits run directly from the VDD input. ".

Then if anolog supply is variable, how can analog circuits (such as SAR_ADC, Op-amp) work well and keep reference voltage constant to ensure accurate signal without analog regulator?
