cy4609 vendor mode hub do not work?

Hi,

     We bought CY4609 development board. If it is set to normal mode, the hub can access USB devices.Set to VENDOR mode, the hub is connected to the USB device, why the USB device does not respond?

Hi,

HX3 when bound to the vendor driver is meant for firmware or configuration download to the attached EEPROM using Blaster Plus utility. So, it is not expected that the attached devices on the downstream ports will respond or enumerate in vendor mode. Please ensure that HX3 is bound to the hub driver to be recognized as a hub on the host and for the downstream devices to enumerate.
