There is a description of OPAMP in the Pinouts section of the datasheet.
However, 52LP should not have OPAMP.
Is this a typo?

It looks like you are correct. It's probably a "cut-n-paste" issue. The rest of the datasheet has virtually no mentioned of OPAMPs with the exception of

7. GPIOs with opamp outputs are not recommended for use with CapSense.
These notes in the case of the CY8C52xxx devices do not apply.
