The toolbar that was there last week is gone. Once I deleted the software and reinstalled it, it didn't improve. (Deleted all Cypress folders)
Currently, I cannot compile or write.
OS: Windows10Pro

This issue has been resolved.
1. Uninstall PSoC_Designer.
2. Delete the C: \ Users \ *** \ AppData \ Roaming \ Cypress_Semiconductor folder.
3. Install PSoC_Designer again.
Finally the ToolBar is displayed.
Thank you for the advice.

Can you kindly press the "Alt" key. This should make the menu bar visible. Then press the "T" and then "C" key, This should bring up a dialog box. Enable the "Menu Bar". This should display the Menu Bar permanently. Enable the toolbars whichever you want active.
Hope this should resolve our issue. Do kindly let us know.
Best regards,

Thank you for your reply.
I tried the ALT key but the menu bar didn't appear. Any other points to check?
