I am working on an issue with a Cypress Keypad of yours and integration with ADDs Energy systems. the issue is that when a new credit card needs to be entered from the keypad to the integrated software of ADDs Energy, it displays the error "invalid KSID REFID:2449915282" I checked the driver of the keypad on one that works fine and one that doesn't work and the difference is the driver version. the most recent one 1.2.1.24 driver does not work on a windows 10 environment and the one that works is an older version 1.2.1.20 on the same windows 10 environment. how can I get the older driver so I can test on the computer that doesn't work.
