I inquire about the specification of SPI Flash Memory of CYW20706.
The three recommend memories below have a 1.65V to 3.6V full voltage range.
Adesto : AT25XE041B
Gigadevice : GD25WD40C
Macronix : MX25R4035F
The voltage applied to CYW20706 is 3.3V.
Can I use a memory with a full voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V?
ex. GD25Q40C (attachment)
If not, why?
Thanks & Regards,
Park Jung Hoon

Hi Park Jung Hoon,
The SPI flash used in CYW2070xV3 eval boards is MX25R4035FZUIL0- MX25R4035FZUIL0 Macronix | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | DigiKey which has operation voltage 1.65V - 3.6V.
Therefore, you should be able to use the GD25Q40C as you mentioned in your query. However, I am not sure if we have tested this memory with our chip.
