Hi,
Is flashing of PSoC 4200 series supported via "Daplink v2" (i.e. PyOCD, OpenOCD) or some Cypress cmd-line tool (that runs on linux)!?

Daplink support is only available for the kits listed below:
This information is listed in the Kitprog3 User Guide which is the firmware running in the Miniprog4. Please refer this for more information.
We do not have a command line that runs on Linux. PSoC Programmer tool used to program PSoC4 devices has support limited to Windows. For PSoC6 devices however, we do have support in Linux through Cypress Programmer tool.
