The RF regulatory certifications should be done with the RF hardware and antenna design. The chips only has the QDID list for PHY and profiles on the Bluetooth SIG: https://launchstudio.bluetooth.com/ListingDetails/49885
Cypress has some modules based on CYW20706 which has the RF regulatory certifications such as FCC/CE/KC..., you can find it here: RF Regulatory Certifications for CYBT-343026-01, CYBT-343029-01, CYBT-143038-01 and CYBT-343151-02 EZ-BT™ Modules - KBA220396
The linked article does not contain KC certification. Where can the KC certificate be found for CYBT-343026-01 ?
Cypress didn't do the KC certification. You need to do the certification by yourself if needed.
