CyBle_Start function always ends up in infinite loop of IntDefaultHandler

Hi,

We have made 22 boards based on CYBLE-224110 module. 6 boards are having issues,

1st Issue: Three boards do not program with EraseAll command always failing. : I have a separate thread for this issue.

2nd Issue: Three boards always end up in an infinite loop of IntDefaultHandler when function CyBle_Start is called.
