Welcome!

Dear Sir,

We are using CY7C65213 In USB Power,

The Board is working fine, But at random cases, it fails on the long run(Once in 24hrs)

Once the board is Rebooted(HW_Reset), it is working Normally.

Also in some cases, we are unable to detect the chip itself(in Windows Device Manager)

The circuit as follows below,

Thanks in Advance.

Hello,

Please find my comments below-

-Please ensure that the internal 3.3V regulator is disabled in the configuration using the USB-Serial Configuration utility. This is because VCC and VCCIO are both tied to 3.3V in your system.

-Please ensure that the VCCD is tied to ground with a 1uF capacitor. It is recommended to connect two decoupling capacitors of values 0.1uF and 4.7uF to VCC and VCCIO pins.

-Could you probe the POWER# pin and check if it is going low?

Best Regards,

Sananya

Could you please attach your schematic separately again? It is not very clear in the current image.

Hi Saranya,

Sorry for the late response,

We are unable to detect the Cypress Chip itself,

VCCD -- Pin is been connected to GND, With a decoupling capacitor of 0.1uF

The sleep# pin shows about Logic 1 (3.29V)

Hi,

We recommend to connect VCCD to GND with 1uF decoupling capacitor. Also please ensure all the above suggestion is taken care of.

Please probe the POWER# pin.
