Hi,
I need some more information to answer your query.
1. Are you migrating to S29GL512P device from any of the older Cypress flash devices?
OR,
2. You were using S29GL512P devices (which are not manufactured in 2008) in your application. Now, you are going to purchase S29GL512P devices manufactured in 2008. So, you want to know, if Cypress made any changes to this device. Is my understanding correct? Please clarify.

We are now going to do the relevant experiments on the S29GL512P11FFI01
space anti-irradiation parameters. According to one document, the single
event latch-up (SEL), single event upset (SEU) data of the S29GL512
produced in 2008 has been given, so I would like to consult whether the
current S29GL512 processing technology is different from 2008.
