I work with the Motor Eval Kit CY8CKIT-037 and the example project "Sensorless FOC Motor Control".
I would like to replace the observer with my encoder. (I know that the code of the observer is not open source.) The observer estimates the following variables. It would be very helpful if someone could tell me what the variables stand for, what units they have and in what "format" they are available. (What I mean by "format", for example: the angle from 0 to 360 degrees as a number from 0 to 1024).
i32Q8_Ealpha
i32Q8_Ebeta
i32Q8_EstimWmHz
i32Q22_ElecAngle
i32Q22_DeltaThetaTs
Many thanks

Hi Vasanth,
I am using the example project "Sensorless FOC Motor Control" from the following file: https://www.cypress.com/file/141166/download
Otherwise you can find the file also over: https://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/cy8ckit-037-psoc-4-motor-control-evalua...
under "Related Files" the file named "Download CY8CKIT-037 PSoC 4 Motor Control Evaluation Kit Code Examples".
Best Regards,
