In case of PSoC 62 the maximum memory size limit for SD Flash is 128 MB.
Please refer to the SMIF section (Chapter 26) of the Architecture TRM for more details on this: https://www.cypress.com/file/399201/download
Are you talking about SD memory cards, connected to the SDHC interface?
This supports SD cards up to 32GB (SDXC).
Thank you both for the quick responses and guidance
Achim - Do you have a reference for this 32GB Value?

Sorry I messed the SD definitions up, there should be even bigger cards supported by the hardware.
It is not directly stated in the documentation, but in the PDL documentation to the SDHC interface you will find the following:
Supports Standard capacity (SDSC), High capacity (SDHC) and Extended capacity (SDXC) memory
SD standard - Up to 2GB SD memory card using FAT 12 and 16 file systems
SDHC standard - over 2GB-32GB SDHC memory card using FAT32 file system
SDXC standard - over 32GB-2TB SDXC memory card using exFAT file system
Thanks for the clarification and the source - i read all through that but i suppose I just missed it and 'ctrl-f' failed me.
