We suggest you to use our device CY62158EV30LL-45BVXI to replace IS62WV10248EBLL-45BLI in your application. CY62158EV30LL-45BVXI is an 8Mbit (1Mx8) asynchronous SRAM available in BGA package. Please refer our datasheet for more information.
