You cannot use the kit in Arduino IDE. In fact, Arduino IDE does not come into picture here. You have various shields like the ones available here. Like the way you interface these shields with the Arduino UNO board or Mega, you can use these Shields in PSoC 062 BLE board. You can import the dependencies required for the shield into the PSoC Creator to use the shield

P6 do not support Arduino IDE dev, just CY8CKIT-062-BLE dvk include Expansion headers that are compatible with Arduino Uno™ 3.3 V shields

If you have a Arduino shield board, like some sensors board, you can plug the shield board into 062 board, connect sensors to P6.
