Error Messages(2): Can't open CMSIS-DAP port. Warning can not open port KitProg3

I have recently acquired the new Cypress Microprocessor; the CY8KIT-148 PSOC 4700s.  After upgrading the kitProg firmware (as requested (demanded) by Psoc Creator  4.2) via Psoc Programmer 3.28 I found I was no longer able to build projects on this microprocessor; and i get the above two messages. Anyone have any recommendations.

Could you please tell full version of the PSoC Programmer ? Or update it to the latest using the following link https://www.cypress.com/products/psoc-programming-solutions
