Component Unavailable in Component Debug Window

I'm debugging a PSoC6 in PSoC Creator  4.2 (4.2.0.641) if I try to add a component debug window by going to Debug>Windows>Component the "Select Component Instance Debug Windows" dialog appears but there is nothing in the list. I have an SCB component in my Top Design that I would like to see the registers for.
