PSoC Programmer gets some information about a connected device and displays it. below the How can I programatically get this information using python? Please post some source code for this. Please see the red circle below for the info I am looking to pull programatically.

The info is read by GetPorts() interface, you can refer attached pdf file and files locate in PSoC Programmer install path C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Programmer\Examples to get more info.
