It seems you are not testing Cypress latest firmware (build#1882) on CCG3PA and the iPad pro 2018 is not latest IOS version (higher 12.1.1). You please kindly check it.

Regarding the CCG3PA firmware, they are using customize firmware with customer's prototype board, not using SDK sample firmware.
Q1) From the above, is it ok to think that it is related with only iPad pro 2018 version?
Q2) Please tell me about the lof contents that I attached before.Why "HARD_RESET" will be occured? If there are some issue, please tell us me the point for CY4500 log?
