Hi Expert,
We use your PSOC4 Capsense make a product for liquid level check, we found the the test is not good when the plastic box wall is bigger than 2mm thick. There are only 0.5% rate of ADC value changed. But for little thickness(<0.5mm), there are 10% change rate of ADC value .
We have below questions?
1. What is the max thickness of plastic box wall for this Capsense liquid level test.
2. Can we get a design to satisfy this bigger thickness liquid level test with tuning the Capsense sensor pad bigger or other trick?
CY8C4246AZQ-M443 + Capsense CSD mode.

Hi,
As your comments "0.5% rate of ADC value changed" and "14bits resolution", is rawcount changed with liquid around 82 counts?
If possible, I suggest you to make GND pad in the liquid. It could increase the signal.
Thanks,
Brandon

When you say ''ADC value', do you mean the rawdata of sensor?
How much scan-resolution of the sensors when you test thick plastic box?
How big size each sensor is?

Thanks VisonZ, yes ADC value means rawdata of sensor at 14bits resolution.
below is the pad size:
