Hello,

I am looking for a solution that will allow me to control several hundred USB 2.0 memory stick hard drives.  I know that Cypress is a leader when it comes to USB control.  I also understand that it is possible to daisy chain up to 127 USB devices together.  Is there a recommended structure to control 512 USB memory sticks from a single CPU?  Any advice is appreciated.

All the best,

Max

Hi Max,

Unfortunately, I presume that it is impossible for an USB host to connect up to 512 USB devices simultaneously. As you have noted that the maximum number of devices is limited to 127.
