We need to know if there is diode protection on the inputs for the CY14B101LA-SP25XI nvSRAM module?

Hi,

There is ESD protection on all pins for the nvSRAM module. You can check in the datasheet under maximum ratings as mentioned below

Static discharge voltage (per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015) ......................... > 2001 V

Hi,

Yes there will be protection for an overshoot or undershoot on the input pins. You can refer to the maximum ratings section in the datasheet for more information on this (transient voltages).
