There is no new datasheet for CY90F474. Also official retained MB90F470 series datasheet is not available.

For any function or features of CY/MB90F474, please kindly refer to following datasheet from 3rd party website:

MB90470 pdf, MB90470 description, MB90470 datasheets, MB90470 view ::: ALLDATASHEET :::

Note legacy 16LX MCUs is not recommended for any new design and please get in touch with Cypress sales team if official CY90470 datasheet is required.
