Please check if there is any folder created at this location - > C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\PDL?
Which system are you using ? Once check the installed apps as well in your system.
The new PDL version 3.0.4 is available (http://www.cypress.com/design-guides/peripheral-driver-library-pdl-software-and-documentation-archive ). Please use the latest version.

The folder was there. After removing that, reinstalling was succeeded. But at the same time, I also have done following.
・inserting USB memory (with no data. dummy E: .)
-> "repair" processing has done with no error.
-> and choose "Remove"
・reexecute installer to install
So I don't know what was the real cause, sorry.
