When I use PSoC Creator 4.2 to program PSoC63 on the CY8CKIT-062-BLE pioneer board, the error occurred as follow:

Error: dbg.M0023: There was an error while programming the device: PSoC Programmer reported error (100 - EraseAll API returned: Error code 0x009FF1EC: Unknown SROM status code)

How to solve this problem and recovery to program?

Could you let me know what the 'AC' refers to?

What's the VDD voltage you selected on SW5 during programming?

Hi Wang Yang,

Which programmer are you using, on board KitProg or MiniProg3?

Thanks,

Hi Ryan,

I use on board KitProg2. I keep the board AC OFF for a while and it works OK to program.

Still, I don't know the reason, if you have any idea please share with me.

Thanks,

Wang Yang
